1. Subscription Renewals

All FitXM plans operate on a recurring monthly subscription. Billing renews automatically until canceled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date.

3. Refunds

Because FitXM provides immediately accessible digital content and personalized AI plans, all subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

However, we may consider refunds in limited cases, including:

• Duplicate billing errors

• Technical issues are preventing program access

4. Changes to Plans & Pricing

FitXM may modify plan features or pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
