    Once you complete your intake form, FitXM analyzes key data such as:
    ✔ Height, weight, and body metrics
    ✔ Activity level & workout history
    ✔ Training frequency & schedule
    ✔ Dietary preferences and restrictions
    ✔ Your primary fitness goal

    Our AI then generates a personalized workout and nutrition plan designed for the best results.

  • How long does it take to receive my plan?

    You will receive your customized plan within 24 hours by email, including a link to a private member page where you can access everything.

  • Can I update my plan if my schedule or goals change?

    Yes! You can request plan adjustments anytime, and FitXM will update your training and nutrition to match your new goals or lifestyle changes.

  • How many days per week will I need to train?

    Your plan is built around your preference. You can choose anywhere from 2 to 7 days per week. Sessions typically last 20–90 minutes, depending on your selection.

    What types of workouts are included?

    Depending on your goals, your program may include:

    Strength & hypertrophy training

    Fat-loss / metabolic conditioning

    Mobility & flexibility routines

    Athletic performance training

    Home or gym-based workouts

    Can I follow FitXM if I have dietary restrictions?

    Yes. We support preferences including:
